The Sel Marin restaurant serving Mediterranean Gourmet cuisine is located at Pullman Center Sochi in one of the most picturesque places in the central district of Sochi near the Arts Square.
Decor of the restaurant is characterized by its specialization, immersing you in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality of the Mediterranean countries.Special a la carte menu of Sel Marin is created by Ashwani Vyas - Executive Chef of Pullman Sochi Center. The food is inspired by the olive oil producing Mediterranean regions. Even though most of the foods ingredients are purchased locally the recipes are coming from France, Italy, Spain and Greece. Also local influences are part of the menu. The cuisine clearly indicates its relation to nature and to her seasons. We decided to have a shorter menu offer that allows us to change it more often and create a real food identity concept.
For the summer season the restaurant expands its borders by opening summer terrace and bringing all guests closer to the sea.It is a place where you can not only indulge in dishes from the seasonal summer menu, but also taste refreshing drinks presented by the hotel’s bar O'Bar, or enjoy exclusive Dammann Frères tea brilliantly complemented with mouth-watering desserts. The restaurant is especially proud of its homemade ice cream and sorbet by Pullman: lavender, watermelon, baked pineapple and other flavours will bring you back to this restaurant again and again.
